Track your Progress
Tap into expert analysis of your performance data.
Whether you’re competing in elite sport, training for your first marathon, or rehabilitating from an injury to perform activities in daily life, objective data can support your individual goals. A range of assessments using Vald Performance technology (Forcedecks, ForceFrame, and NordBord) can help identify injury risk factors and asymmetries to reduce the prevalence of injuries. This is used to inform the rehabilitation process and assess physical change following a training programme. However, technology is only as good as the skills and experience required to interpret and utilise the data to maximise performance. Tap into expertise from years of collecting and analysing physical assessment data to inform the training process and support your individual goals. And receive a bespoke physical profile aligned to your needs.

Forcedecks
Performing jump assessments such as the countermovement (CMJ) and drop jump (DJ) on the Forcedecks provide information on lower limb force production. For example, if you’re a cyclist looking to increase power output on the bike, the CMJ can monitor physical change to inform your training programme. Similarly, the DJ can be used to assess force capability of the calf and ankle complex. This important if you’re a runner, racket, or team sport athlete looking to optimise running, sprinting and change of direction performance. These assessments can also provide differences across left and right limbs, which are essential for identifying possible risk factors for injuries and objective markers for rehabilitation.

Anthropometry
Completing an anthropometric profile is crucial for any body composition goal. If you want to increase lean muscle mass or reduce fat mass, purely relying on body weight is insufficient as it does not provide a full picture of physical change. Similarly, before and after photographs cannot capture the small changes taking place, which can give you confidence in your progress.
The international society of Kinanthropometry (ISAK) is the gold standard for manual body composition assessment. An ISAK anthropometric profile consists of skinfold and girth measurements, which can accurately represent increases in lean muscle mass and reduction in fat mass following a training programme. Gain confidence through these assessments and ensure that you’re not gaining fat mass whilst increasing lean muscle or losing valuable muscle mass while getting leaner.
