Injury Rehabilitation

Return to full function

From ground zero to maximising your physical potential.

If you’ve suffered an injury and seeking injury rehabilitation services in London to return to peak performance in your sport, performing your routine workouts or activities of daily life pain free following an injury, you’ve come to the right place. A strength & conditioning (S&C) programme can take you from ground zero to achieving your rehabilitation goals. It bridges the gap between receiving treatment from a physiotherapist and returning to full function through gradual loading of the site of injury. In addition, one of the biggest risk factors for injury is past injury history. So an S&C programme will make you more resilient and less susceptible to re-injury.

Rehab is re-training

Progressively load your site of injury to return to full function

Increase Resilience

Increase physical capacity and mitigate modifiable risk factors to reduce the risk of injury re-occurrence.

Injuries are Opportunities

Pursue physical goals around the site of injury and minimise de-training.

Injuries can often be opportunities to work on your areas of weakness and get you into peak physical condition. During the rehabilitation process, it is important to minimise de-training of non-injured parts of the body whilst progressively facilitating healing and returning the injured area to full function. Depending upon the nature of the injury, an increase in physical capacity can be achieved in non-injured areas of the body. Eventually integrating the site of injury with the rest of the body to help you maximise your physical potential during the rehabilitation process.

To support your rehabilitation, also undertaking a physical assessment using the latest technology. This will allow identification of physical limitations and asymmetries, providing objective information to facilitate the return to full function.
