My aim is to support your performance goals while providing you with the knowledge to independently guide your journey in the long term. Whether you’re new to training, a seasoned enthusiast, or an athlete, I offer personalised 6 or 12 session packages. These include a comprehensive training program accessible through a mobile application for optional remote training, alongside in-person sessions. I’m also reachable for questions and remote guidance via WhatsApp. The 6 or 12 session packages can be used across a 3 and 6 month duration, respectively. This allows for a hybrid coaching option where you are provided with a structured programme to train independently, with periodic face-to-face in-person sessions.  
 
To maximise performance and achieve your goals, you can opt for two specialised bolt-ons. The nutrition support includes two 30-minute online consultations, a food diary analysis, and a tailored nutritional plan. Additionally, you can benefit from a 60-minute physical assessment (ForceDecks, ForceFrame, and NordBord) and a 30-minutes body composition (body weight, skinfolds and girths) assessment. Both these services are available for an additional charge.
 
I also offer online coaching involving a completely individualised programme tailored to your goals. You can assess the programme through a mobile application, which provides video demonstrations of all exercises. To ensure you stay on track to achieving your goals, this includes weekly or monthly check-in calls and the option for you to send me videos on WhatsApp for analysis and feedback on your exercise technique. Online coaching is ideal for anyone that is competent training independently but wants to receive high-level programming and remote support on all aspects of their training to maximise their results. 
 
*Injury rehabilitation and physical assessment services are only provided through in-person coaching.
